White Bean And Basil Dip


A versatile light dip made in just 5 minutes!

Makes: 1 CUP


  • 400g can Edgell Butter Beans, drained
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Step 1

Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 2

Spoon into a serving dish and drizzle with extra olive oil if desired. Serve with pita or Turkish bread and garnish with baby basil leaves and cracked black pepper.

Warm bread for an extra tasty treat.
