- 400g can Edgell Butter Beans, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
Spoon into a serving dish and drizzle with extra olive oil if desired. Serve with pita or Turkish bread and garnish with baby basil leaves and cracked black pepper.
