A quick and easy mushroom sauce served with tender steak and steamed vegetables

- 4 porterhouse or scotch fillet steaks
- 1 onion, sliced
- 410g can Edgell Mushrooms in Butter Sauce
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- mashed potato and steamed vegetables, for serving
Pan-fry steaks until desired doneness. Remove from pan and allow to rest.
Add onion to the pan and cook until softened. Add Edgell Mushrooms in Butter Sauce and sour cream. Heat through and season to taste.
Serve steak with mushroom sauce and a side of mashed potato and steamed vegetables.
This sauce also tastes great with chicken.
