A quick and easy way to get extra vegetables into your Bolognese

- 400g lean beef mince
- 420g can Edgell Peas & Carrots, drained
- 575g jar Leggo’s Napoletana Pasta Sauce
- cooked pasta, for serving
Brown lean beef mince in a non-stick pan. Add drained Edgell Peas & Carrots and Leggo’s Napoletana Pasta Sauce.
Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve over cooked pasta.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
