Mix up your standard Bolognese with some red capsicum and green beans.

- 400g lean beef mince
- ½ red capsicum, chopped
- 500g jar Leggo’s Napoletana Pasta Sauce
- 410g can Edgell Sliced Green Beans, drained
- Cooked spaghetti, for serving
Brown beef mince in a non stick fry pan. Add red capsicum and Leggo’s Pasta Sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add drained Edgell Sliced Green Beans and heat through. Serve with pasta.
Top with shaved Parmesan cheese.
