Reduced Salt Chilli Con Carne

A hearty chilli con carne the whole family will love

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 420g can Edgell Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons Leggo’s No Added Salt Tomato Paste
  • 30g sachet reduced salt Taco Seasoning
  • 400g can diced tomatoes – no added salt

Instructions

Step 1

Brown mince in a non stick frypan for 5 minutes. Add Edgell Red Kidney Beans, Leggo’s No Added Salt Tomato Paste, Taco Seasoning and diced tomatoes.

Step 2

Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve over pasta or rice.
