Chilli Con Carne With Corn

Ingredients

  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 420g can Edgell Corn Kernels, drained
  • 420g can Edgell Red Kidney Beans, drained
  • ½ red capsicum, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Leggo’s Tomato Paste
  • 30g sachet taco seasoning
  • 400g can diced tomatoes

Instructions

Step 1

Cook beef in a non stick frypan for 4-5 minutes or until browned.

Step 2

Add Edgell Corn Kernels, Edgell Red Kidney Beans, red capsicum, Leggo’s Tomato Paste, taco seasoning and tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Tasty Tip!

Serve with rice.
