Sift flour into a bowl. Stir in tasty cheese, Edgell Corn Kernels and season to taste.
Combine melted butter, egg, milk and pour into flour mixture, stirring until just combined.
Spoon the mixture into 12 x 1/3 cup capacity greased muffin pans. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 12-15 minutes or until golden and cooked.
