- 425g packet frozen I&J Light and Crispy Fish Fillets – Lightly Seasoned
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 8-12 small cos lettuce leaves
- 225g can Edgell Sliced Beetroot, well drained
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon light sour cream
Cook the required amount of frozen I&J Light and Crispy Fish Fillets following packet directions.
Top tortilla wraps with cos lettuce leaves, cooked fish strips and drained Edgell Sliced Beetroot. Wrap and serve with combined mayonnaise and light sour cream.
Add a slice of canned pineapple to each wrap for a real Aussie style treat!
